Crestone Builders put an addition on our home in 2007.
This was our first construction project of any kind and I was a little worried at the start. There was no need to be concerned working with Eric. He was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and really addressed our concerns. His crew was considerate throughout the project. We’re so happy with our new addition and would recommend Crestone Builders to anyone.

We decided to build a house during a very busy time in our lives and were really nervous about the added stress new construction would cause. Eric immediately put those fears to rest. His easy going personality and knowledge about the industry made the entire building process go extremely smooth. He had great suggestions on how to improve certain aspects of the house and was readily available to answer any questions we had along the way. I visited with Eric in May, and showed him my plans. As a first time home builder, I just knew what I wanted, but didn’t know how, or the right way, to go about it. Eric drew up plans, and with his ideas and experience, I ended up with the perfect house.
